R.I.S.E. Kentucky Coalition is a united force of advocates, survivors, and allies dedicated to reclaiming the innocence of children and ending the exploitation of youth through child marriage. We stand for justice, empowerment, and the right of every child to grow, thrive, and choose their own future. Together, we rise for change.

Our Mission
Our mission at the R.I.S.E. Kentucky Coalition is to end child marriage in Kentucky by raising awareness, advocating for stronger laws, and empowering communities to protect children from exploitation.
We are committed to creating a future where every child is free to live, learn, and grow without fear of being forced to marry against their will and before they are ready.
Through education, advocacy, and support, we strive to break the cycle of trauma and ensure that no child’s future is stolen.
We also work to hold officials accountable for enforcing laws that protect children, ensuring that legal protections are not only in place but actively upheld.
REMEMBER - a law not enforced is like a paper tiger; impressive on paper, but powerless in practice.
